This service is intended to those employers who prefer to advertise their positions to target a wider selection of potential candidates, without exposing their identities to the competition and to avoid solicitation. Depending on the position we will propose an advertising campaign in both the local and international press (if needed) so as to attract the attention of the right audience. We do this in full confidence by issuing a series of adverts in our name in both the press and online. On receipt of the applications, the pre-screening and interviewing prior to the final selection of shortlisted candidates may either be performed directly by the employer or outsourced to us.
