We aim to liaise closely and as much as possible with the management / key personnel of the particular business and seek to adapt a pragmatic approach to business planning. Based on this understanding, we will compile the respective business plan which will include the corporate objectives and the mission statement of the company, its respective set up, its operations in the light of various analyses based on Market and Internal Intelligence, and also a detailed SWOT Analysis. Such business planning also includes the various Action Programmes, such as Marketing, Operational, Human Resources and Financial Forecasting.
