Fiduciary Services

Fiduciary services involve the holding and administration of client assets on the basis of instructions provided by the beneficial owner of such assets- activities conducted in virtue of CSB’s authorisation to act as an authorised fiduciary services provider.

In-keeping with our philosophy, we ensure that all fiduciary-related services are under-pinned by individually developed solutions and rigorous standards of customer confidentiality and discretion, providing clients with absolute peace of mind in the organization, holding, management and administration of their assets.

The primary fiduciary functions conducted by CSB Trustees & Fiduciaries Limited include the following services:

• Holding of assets under title of mandate and/or deposit;
• Management of assets and/or execution of instructions pertaining to assets held;
• Protection of financial and non-financial assets;
• Holding shares for and on behalf of shareholders, providing beneficial owners with the protection of their identity in the public domain.
