Cheryl leads the VC General desk with a specific remit to service ancillary positions which typically support clients core business operations. Her prime recruitment activity is to engage professionals within sales & business development, marketing and administration positions servicing talent requirements across a wide network of clients.
Cheryl holds a certification in Human Resources Management.
Prior to joining VacancyCentre she worked for the CSB Group administration team. Cheryl brought her background in administration and training to the table and grew to be passionate about HR and Recruitment, hence taking this on as a career path. Cheryl is primarily involved in identifying suitable candidates for clients’ vacant positions through the process of sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing and short-listing candidates while keeping them abreast of new career opportunities, whilst also responsible for the sourcing and screening of applicants for CSB Group’s internal positions. Cheryl is also in charge of delegating all administrative functions to the rest of team and supports a large database of career seekers.
