Francesca joined CSB Group in 2018 as a Senior Accountant and was promoted to Assistant Accounts Manager in 2019 and Manager in 2021. She now serves as Senior Manager – Corporate Services, leading a department of 25+ professionals across client accounting and corporate services.
In her role, Francesca provides strategic leadership and mentorship to managers and team leaders, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. She oversees departmental operations, performance management, and team development, ensuring that staff are supported, empowered, and equipped to deliver high-quality service while maintaining strong client relationships across the portfolio
Education
Francesca obtained her ACCA qualification in June 2016. She is also a warranted member of the Malta Institute of Accountants.
Experience
Francesca previously occupied a Senior Associate position in the Assurance line of service for 3 years, in one of the ‘Big Four’ audit firms where she carried out audit work for a vast portfolio of local and international clients.
