Timothy joined CSB Group as an Assistant Accounts Manager in 2019 and was promoted to Senior Manager in April 2021, where he led the Client Accounting and Corporate Services departments. Since October 2025, Timothy has been serving as Head of Corporate Services, Director.
He heads the Corporate Team at CSB Group, comprising the Client Accounting (including payroll and VAT) and the Corporate (including client onboarding and company administration) teams. In this role, he manages a team of over 50 professionals supporting a broad portfolio of clients in their day‑to‑day operational and compliance requirements. He also oversees the Group’s portfolio of corporate clients and frequently meets with clients and prospective clients to understand their needs and ensure the consistent delivery of high‑quality service.
Education
Timothy is a Bachelor of Commerce graduate and furthered his studies through the ACA qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). He also holds a Practicing Certificate in Auditing as well as the CPA warrant, both issued by the Malta Accountancy Board.
Experience
Timothy previously worked for six years with one of the ‘big four’ accounting firms within the financial services sector of the audit department, dealing primarily with the audits of banks and funds, both local and foreign. His experience also includes secondments to Jersey and to Luxembourg where he gained invaluable experience working on the audits of one of the UK’s largest banks and the firm’s largest banking clients respectively. He subsequently moved to a local company service provider where he worked as a manager in the client accounting department.
