Miguel Vella Haber joined CSB Group in January 2026 as an ICT Business Analyst.
Miguel focuses on driving organisational improvement by optimising business processes, leading strategic technological initiatives, and bridging business and technology to ensure data-driven, value-aligned decision-making.
Education
Miguel holds an MSc in Project Management (Distinction) from the University of Salford, and diplomas in Social Studies - Occupational Health & Safety (Distinction) from the University of Malta, and Management of Information Systems from the University of Kent. He has also obtained recognised qualifications in Leadership and Management (ILM), Quality Assurance (ISTQB), and Service Management (ITIL), further strengthening his broad and versatile professional profile.
Experience
Miguel began his career at the turn of the millennium and has extensive experience in broadcasting, telecommunications, and ICT. He specializes in operations, project management, governance and compliance, and customer success, consistently delivering results.
He has led multidisciplinary teams, built departments, and delivered complex technology programmes including cloud services, collaboration platforms, and automation initiatives. He has designed and audited governance frameworks aligned with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, strengthening processes, risk management, and information security.
Alongside his corporate career, Miguel has founded three startups, sharpening his entrepreneurial mindset and understanding of how technology, operations, and customer success intersect. Early roles in systems implementation and consulting provided a solid foundation in business analysis, service management, and technology-enabled change.
