CSB Group team members steered away from their offices to spend a day together at the stunning Palm Beach, Armier. The activities, which took place on a sunny Friday, included a highly spirited team building competition, followed by a delicious lunch, refreshing drinks and ample time for relaxation on a reserved section of the sandy beach.
The Wacky Olympics competition, which was the highlight of the event, was organised by a leading event organising company and involved grouped team members competing against each other. Some of the games included Giant Jenga, Torch Relay, Balancing Beams and Tug of War. The competitive yet fun-filled atmosphere brought together the team members to contribute with their very best efforts. The winning team was rewarded with an exhilarating sofa boat ride which proved to be a truly enjoyable experience.
The regular investment that CSB Group puts into these events is not only meant to reward the hard work but also a way of nurturing the team spirit present in the company that is so vital to maintaining the idea of a large extended family, which in return instils passion in whatever the team does on a daily basis.
According to Elaine Dutton, CSB Group’s Head of Human Resources, “this was another successful event that undoubtedly makes CSB Group a great company to work for. At CSB we strongly value hard work and are committed to provide the best opportunities for professional and personal growth while protecting the work-life balance of our members of staff.”
