The Group’s summer event has become a yearly appointment on the team’s calendar. This year, Group CEO Michael Zammit and the social committee decided to kick it up a notch by inviting all CSB Group employees to a team-building event.
Over 50 team members enjoyed a fun-filled day at an exclusive farmhouse in Siggiewi. The event kicked off with a boat building competition whereby 6 teams had to each creatively build a boat out of carton. The team had to not only make this float with two individuals in it but also race against each other. The winning team who intrepidly navigated with their unsinkable boat was awarded a well-deserved prize. As the day progressed participants enjoyed some ice-cold drinks, a sizzling BBQ lunch and chilling time by the pool.
CSB Group’s Head of Human Resources, Elaine Dutton, believes that the synergy present within the team is what allows them to provide excellent and prompt support to clients. She added that such events encourage individuals to see their collective strengths in achieving a shared goal and reinforce the collaborative spirit within the organisation.
