About Clare

Clare Borg joined CSB Group in September 2025 as a Trust and Corporate Services Manager.

Clare brings extensive experience from the trust and corporate services sector. In her role at CSB Group, she is responsible for overseeing a team of corporate services executives and their portfolio of corporate clients. The Corporate team handles a portfolio of international clients who are provided with a wide range of services related to their Corporate Governance requirements, including general company administration, compliance and due diligence requirements in line with regulatory authorities including the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) and the Malta Business Registry (MBR).

Experience

Before joining CSB Group, Clare acquired valuable experience in the corporate and trust services industry. She worked since January 2017 as Manager of Trustee & Corporate Services at another Corporate Service Provider licensed by the Malta Financial Services Authority, where she oversaw client portfolios and managed the delivery of trust and corporate administration services. Prior to this role, Clare gained foundational experience as a Corporate Administrator at one of Malta’s leading law firms, where she developed her expertise in corporate governance and administration matters.
