CSB Group hosts its Annual Christmas Party

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! To celebrate the holidays with colleagues and friends, CSB Group hosted their annual Christmas party which united team members from CSB Group along with those from the Group’s associated brands, Regus, Malta Sotheby’s International Realty, and VC (VacancyCentre).

Held at the Marsa Sports Club, the party featured a DJ who, accompanied by a brilliant saxophonist, gave a remarkable performance. The Group’s team danced the night away and made new memories which will surely be treasured for years to come.

During his speech, CSB Group CEO, Michael J. Zammit, praised the various departments which form the CSB Group team and thanked them for the hard work and commitment shown throughout the year. “I would like to thank you all for the extraordinary year that we’ve had. We must say that 2022 has been our record year in terms of turnover and profitability and I would like to thank the various business units which made this happen.”, the Group’s CEO, Michael J. Zammit, noted.

The CSB Christmas Party is one of the many events held by the company as part of its aim to foster and sustain a company culture which cherishes team bonding. The Group’s holiday celebrations will continue with an annual Secret Santa activity, during which the team will exchange gifts whilst bonding over some delicious festive treats. The Group looks forward to starting the new year with even more enthusiasm and energy as it feels driven to take on new challenges and reach new milestones. Indeed, the Group will kick off the new year with a Company Update event where directors and senior managers will present the 2022 results and the 2023 business plan. During this event, the directors will present staff members with Long Service Awards and Star Service Awards to reward loyalty and high performance.
