Celebrating Success and Togetherness: CSB Group's Annual Christmas Festivities

CSB Group brought the year to a joyful close by hosting its annual Christmas festivities at the iconic Phoenicia Hotel in Valletta. The event was a well-deserved celebration of the hard work and dedication of the team at CSB Group and its associated brands, Malta Sotheby’s International Realty and Regus Malta throughout the year while also embodying the Group's spirit of giving back to the community.

The festivities commenced with elegant welcome drinks, setting the tone for a delightful afternoon. The various teams were then treated to a sumptuous buffet lunch, accompanied by live music that added a warm and festive ambiance to the occasion.

A key highlight of the event was the annual fundraising initiative led by the Group’s directors in aid of Hospice Malta, Dar Merħba Bik, and the Sovereign Military Order of Malta—organisations whose causes CSB Group continues to support.

The celebrations extended into the afternoon with an after-party featuring a DJ, offering staff an opportunity to unwind and enjoy a vibrant close to the day.

Group CEO, Michael J. Zammit, delivered a heartfelt speech that stood out as a memorable moment of the event. In his address, he expressed deep gratitude to his father, whose vision and entrepreneurial spirit laid the foundation for CSB Group’s success. He went on to acknowledge the leadership and support of Group Directors Roger A. Strickland Jr. and Jean-Claude Cardona, recognising their instrumental role in propelling the Group to new heights.

Finally, Mr. Zammit extended sincere appreciation to the Senior Managers, Managers, Team Leaders, and all staff members for their tireless efforts, commitment to excellence, and collective contribution to the Group’s continued success.
