The Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) has notified its licensees that the Industry Performance Return (Return/IPR) for the period 1 January to 30 June 2019 is now available on the Licensee Relationship Management System (LRMS) which can be accessed through www.mga.org.mt.
To this effect, licensees are being requested to complete the IPR by 7 September 2019. The MGA strongly encourages to submit the Return well ahead of the deadline to allow adequate time to process the submissions.
Kindly note that all licensees must complete the IPR in a correct, complete and accurate manner by the specified deadline.
To facilitate your submission, the MGA prepared two files for download (available in the General tab on the LRMS), as follow:
- Excel version of the Industry Performance Return which was prepared to facilitate data gathering from different units of your company. Kindly note that only online submissions via portal are considered valid. The Authority will not accept any Returns sent via email; and
- Guidance for Completion of the Industry Performance Return which includes definitions of various terms and explanation on how to fill in the Return. Furthermore, the Authority has gathered the answers to the most commonly asked questions on the IPR found in Chapter 4 of Guidance document – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ).
For any further questions, kindly refer to the MGA website https://www.mga.org.mt/mga-industry-return/ or contact its Information Management Team on [email protected].
