About Malcolm

Malcolm joined CSB Group in March 2024 as Tax & Business Development Manager. Then, he was appointed Manager - Tax in October 2025. In March 2026, he was promoted to Senior Manager - Tax.

In this capacity, Malcolm is responsible for conducting research on potential products and jurisdictions which may be to the benefit of the client portfolio at CSB Group. Furthermore, Malcolm oversees and offers guidance to the Tax Compliance team, while also spearheading the Tax Advisory team. 

Education

Malcolm fully completed his ACCA qualification in July 2019. He also holds a warrant issued by the Malta Accountancy Board to act as a Certified Public Accountant. 

Experience 

Malcolm began his career as an associate at a 'Big Four' audit firm, specialising in tax compliance and advisory for diverse corporate entities. He contributed to digital transformation and conducted tax valuations for local share transfers.

Transitioning to a Senior Accountant role at a local company service provider, Malcolm delivered comprehensive accounting, tax compliance, and advisory services to clients. He prioritised client satisfaction and built strong relationships, also serving as the primary tax contact internally.

With expertise spanning industries like commodity trading, yachting, hospitality, investment services, gaming, and cryptocurrency, Malcolm offers a broad skill set.
