About Sarah

Sarah joined CSB Group as a Human Resources Executive in May 2022. In November 2024, she was promoted to Senior Manager - HR.

Sarah is the main point of contact for all that is related with HR. She focuses her time on developing and implementing the Group’s HR strategy, which includes the recruitment and retention of talent, maintaining a high-performance culture, strengthening the employer branding and fostering a supportive and dynamic organisational environment.

Education

Sarah is currently reading for a B. WHR(Hons) Degree in Work and Human Resources conferred by the Centre of Labour Studies at the University of Malta.

Experience

Sarah has been working in the field of HR since 2020. Her career experience spans across the public and private sectors, focusing mainly on the Fintech Industry.
