The article ranked first in Malta for Environmental Law and second in the Real Estate and Construction category.
Dr Chanelle Meli, Regulated Industries and Compliance Advisor, was recognised for two articles that resonated strongly with readers. Her article, “Understanding the Register of Information (ROI) Requirements under DORA”, ranked as the most-read compliance article in Malta, offering a clear and practical explanation of the obligations introduced under the EU’s Digital Operational Resilience Act. Her second article, “Understanding the Differences Between a Privacy Notice and a Data Protection Policy”, was the third most-read article in Malta for Data Protection, providing essential clarity on two fundamental compliance tools that help organisations meet transparency and accountability obligations.
Dr Luana Agius, Legal Advisor, earned recognition for her article “Malta Expands Urgent Family Leave to Support Work-Life Balance”, which was the second most-read article in Malta under the Employment and HR category, outlines recent changes in Maltese employment law that enhance support for working parents and promote better work-life integration.
