CSB Group officially recognised as an ACCA Approved Employer

Through this approval certificate, applicable to the Accounting unit, the Group shows it is committed towards ensuring that all of its employees, including ACCA students, affiliates and members have the right skills, ethics and competencies to add value to their careers and drive the business forward.

The ACCA Approved Employer programme is an accreditation of employers' learning and development policies and systems. CSB Group holds a trainee development level of Gold, which means that individuals that work for the Group would be allowed to claim a performance objective exemption. This exemption exists because ACCA has deemed CSB Groups level of training and support to be sufficient enough to meet the practical experience (PER). Through such certification, the ACCA aims at helping organisations like CSB Group, attract and retain staff with ACCA Careers while providing them with preferential rates on additional qualifications and access to their professional insights work.
