About Michael

Michael J Zammit is the CSB Group CEO. He has overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the Group and an active role in driving the company’s vision to further develop and expand in the various areas of specialisation.

Education

Having successfully completed the Foundation Certificate in Trust Law & Management, Michael was also certified by The Institute of Financial Services Practitioners (IFSP) in Malta as a Trust Law and Administration practitioner. Further, Michael holds the appropriate real estate license to act as an intermediary issued by the Property Market Agency Act - CHAPTER 644 of the Laws of Malta .

Experience

Having a strong commercial background, an extensive network and established track record of sales and revenue growth, and having gained experience in professional company management over the past twenty years, Michael plays an active part in the general servicing of CSB’s portfolio of high net-worth clients, with a particular focus on eBusinesses, financial services, general trading, yachting, aviation and luxury real estate. Further, Michael was instrumental in attracting Regus plc to Malta in 2009, whom today operate 4 Business Centres on the island providing shared offices, meeting rooms and co-working facilities. Michael also successfully attracted Sotheby’s International Realty to Malta in 2013, and is Joint Owner and Director of Malta Sotheby’s International Realty, focusing on high-end Real Estate for both residential sales and letting, and also premium office space. His latest initiative is Yachting related, having founded UNICO Yachting in May 2025, extending the Group’s service offering from land to sea, offering Luxury Yacht Brokerage, Charter and more.
