Joanna Karolkiewicz joined CSB Group in October 2025 as an HR Officer.
She is responsible for acting as the first point of contact for employee and HR-related queries, providing clear guidance on HR policies, procedures, and basic employment matters. She supports the management of the full employee lifecycle by assisting with recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, coordinating onboarding, preparing employment contracts, monitoring probation periods, processing contract renewals, and supporting termination procedures. She maintains accurate and confidential employee records in both digital and physical formats, in line with data protection requirements and internal policies. She supports payroll processes by collecting and verifying employee data, including leave, salary updates, and benefits, and assists with submissions to relevant authorities. She also contributes to the preparation of HR reports and presentations to support management decision-making.
Education
Joanna holds a Master’s Degree in Pedagogy and Postgraduate Studies in Public Procurement.
Experience
Joanna has several years of experience in HR and office administration roles in Malta. Prior to that, she worked as an Account Manager at an outsourcing company specialising in financial services and customer relationship management. Earlier in her career in Poland, she served as a Senior Sales professional in companies operating within the financial industry.
