Adam Balakrishnan joined CSB Group in October 2022 as Payment and Payroll Administrator. He became Payroll Officer in January 2024, moved to Business Development Officer in November 2024, and was promoted to Business Development Executive in May 2025.
He is responsible for developing and maintaining client relations, along with attracting new business to CSB Group and affiliated companies by pursuing new leads, along with expanding offerings to current clients.
Education
Adam is educated to a Higher National Diploma level in Hospitality Management.
Experience
Adam has experience in the Hospitality Sector, having been a Manager for Hotels and Establishments both locally and abroad. Adam was a Hotel Duty Manager for a Hotel Group in Manchester, UK as well as a Cluster Assistant Front Office Manager for a Local Hotel Group. Adam also held the position of Sales and Business Development Manager for an Events and Catering company.
