About Rose

Rose Siebler joined CSB Group in September 2025 as a Legal Administrator.

Rose supports the legal team by managing documents, scheduling, correspondence, and case-related administrative tasks to ensure efficient legal operations.

Experience

Rose began her career in 1977 with the Australian Government, starting as a typist in the typing pool before progressing through a range of secretarial positions across technical, engineering, and National Crimes Authority departments. She later moved to the private sector, joining a major freight company where she provided customer support and was promoted to Deputy Security Coordinator.

She gained extensive experience in office procedures and customer interaction across multiple channels including face-to-face, telephone, email, and chat. Her customer support expertise spans roles within sectors such as freight logistics, youth advocacy (social and legal support), and internal bank staff counselling.

After relocating to Malta, Rose continued to expand her professional experience, working in customer support assisting accident victims in the UK with assessing medical rehabilitation (physical and mental), serving as a cashier in a major hotel, working as an Academic Coordinator at a language school, and later as an office administrator with another CSP.
