Jenny Meilak joined CSB Group in April 2026 as an Administrator – Immigration and Relocation in our Immigration and Relocation team.
Jenny coordinates and supports the end-to-end immigration and relocation process for individual clients relocating to Malta. Acting as a key point of contact throughout the process, she ensures applications are handled efficiently, professionally, and in full compliance with local regulations.
Education
Jenny holds a Diploma in Foreign Languages and Literatureand has further strengthened her professional expertise through courses with MSEI, including A Practical Approach to Anti-Money Laundering: “Getting your Hands Dirty” and Compliance Monitoring & Reporting.
Experience
Over the years, Jenny has developed extensive experience across customer service, compliance, operations, training, and project management roles within international and corporate environments. Her career began in KYC and customer support, where she specialised in client onboarding, due diligence, regulatory compliance, and multilingual customer support. She later transitioned into project management and legal coordination, overseeing budgets, stakeholders, and operational risks. Her professional experience further expanded into marketing, where she managed campaigns, communications, and events, before moving into a Training Coordinator role focused on delivering training programmes.
