Meet all requirements to gain Residence in Malta

Property Purchase or Rental

Purchase of minimum €375,000 for a property or Real Estate situated in Malta or Gozo OR a Rental of minimum €14,000 per annum for a property in Malta or Gozo. The property needs to be held for a minimum period of 5 years.

Government Contribution

The amount will depend if the qualifying property is purchased or rented. If the property is purchased, the contribution will be €30,000. If the property is rented, the contribution will be €60,000.

Administrative Fees

An administrative fee of €50,000 for the main applicant and €10,000 for each dependent will be due.

Donation

Make a Donation of €2,000 to a local non-governmental organisation (NGO) registered with the Commissioner for Voluntary Organisations, or as otherwise approved by the Agency.
