About Armilie

Armilie Amoria joined CSB Group as a Gaming Licensing Officer in January 2021. In this role, she is responsible for assisting clients, hailing from a broad range of jurisdictions, with obtaining the required licenses from the Malta Gaming Authority, supporting the client from engagement till such license is obtained.

Education

Armilie is an accountant by profession. She finished BS Accountancy degree from the Philippines and is a Certified Public Accountant. In addition, she received the Lead Award in Internal Auditing from the National Commission for Further and Higher Education (NCFHE) in Internal Auditing in Malta.

Experience

Armilie started her career as an Accounting Assistant in a Philippine conglomerate until she moved to a Big Four auditing firm where she focused on Corporate Finance. She was highly involved in financial due diligence exercises for mergers and acquisition engagements, valuation and fairness opinion engagements, sell-side assistance engagements, market researches and data analytics. She moved to Malta in September 2015 as a Senior Associate in another Big Four firm as part of the Deals team, focusing on Corporate Finance. In October 2016, she moved to a mid-tier firm where she focused on Risk Advisory, specifically, internal audit engagements, first-level controls for EU-funded projects, environmental audits, point-of-sale audits, and IT and gaming systems and compliance audits.
