About Elaine

Elaine joined CSB Group in June 2025 as a Corporate Services Executive. As of May 2026, she progressed to Senior Corporate Services Executive.

Elaine is responsible for managing a portfolio of international corporate clients, handling their day-to-day requirements in corporate governance and administration. Her role includes overseeing the setup of new company incorporations, statutory filings, and the opening of bank accounts. She also regularly interacts with regulatory authorities such as the Malta Business Registry, ensuring compliance and efficient coordination on behalf of her clients.  

Education

Elaine is currently pursuing a Master’s of Science in AML & Compliance, complementing a previous MSc in Sustainable Development.

Experience

Her career began in the public sector, where she worked as a GIS Analyst while completing her studies. She later gained experience in the medical and electronics industries, focusing on office management and accounts payable. Building on this foundation, she advanced into event account management, coordinating a variety of client-focused initiatives both in Malta and internationally. Most recently, she has established herself in the corporate services sector, where she supports a diverse portfolio of clients with compliance, governance, and operational needs.
