About Issyerly

Issyerly Lamadrid Caro joined CSB Group in October 2025 as a Senior Trusts & Foundations Executive.

She is responsible for the administration and management of Trust and Foundation structures, ensuring full compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and fiduciary requirements. Her role involves safeguarding and optimising trust assets, as well as maintaining accurate records. In addition, she is responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with settlors, beneficiaries, protectors, and other professional advisors, providing high-quality client service and expert guidance. She also plays a key role in coordinating with legal, tax, and investment professionals to ensure that all structures operate efficiently, transparently, and in alignment with the objectives of the stakeholders.

Education

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Bilingual Executive degree. Issy has also completed numerous professional courses covering Customer Due Diligence, Source of Wealth & Source of Funds, Customer Service, Marketing, Industrial Security, First Aid, and Health & Safety.

Experience

Issyerly brings extensive expertise from her six-year tenure as a Senior Trust Administrator at a private wealth and trust management firm. Before that, she worked as a Quality & Management Administrator for a company providing integrated services to the marine, oil, and gas sectors, and has experience in business management, relocation services, and project management.
