About Josianne

Josianne Cilia joined CSB Group in September 2025 as a Senior Corporate Services Executive.

Josianne provide comprehensive support to a diverse portfolio of international clients, overseeing a broad range of corporate services, including company incorporation, administration, and corporate governance. Her responsibilities also include managing statutory requirements and coordinating banking-related matters, such as facilitating account openings on behalf of clients.

Education

Josianne has a Bachelor of Arts in Italian, which she read at the University of Malta.

Experience

Josianne began her career in corporate services in 2010 as an assistant within the corporate services team. She subsequently advanced to managing a portfolio of international clients, with a particular focus on the gaming sector, where she also assisted clients with Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) licence applications. Josianne has additionally acquired valuable experience in the shipping services sector. In recent years, in addition to managing general corporate governance matters, she has also provided support with accounting and audit inquiries, banking transactions, and CFR-related services.
