About Jovanka

Jovanka Mifsud joined CSB Group in October 2025 as a Corporate Services Executive.

Jovanka’s role primarily focuses on handling the onboarding process for the formation of new companies and company takeovers. This includes the collection and verification of due diligence documentation, carrying out KYC processes, and drafting incorporation documents. As part of her role, Jovanka liaises closely with the Compliance department and regulatory authorities such as the Malta Business Registry (MBR) to ensure that all regulatory and procedural requirements are met and in line with Company Law requirements.

Education

Academically, Jovanka holds a Master of Arts in European Politics, Economics and Law, as well as a Bachelor of European Studies.

Experience

With over eight years experience at a local bank, Jovanka has gained extensive knowledge of the financial and corporate services sectors. Most recently, Jovanka served as a Manager in the Anti-Financial Crime Regulatory Engagement Unit at a local bank for three years. Prior to that, she worked as an AFC Analyst for four years, following her earlier role as an AFC Officer for nearly two years. Before her banking career, she gained valuable experience as a Corporate Services Executive at a law firm for almost two years.
