Leah Cutajar joined CSB Group in January 2026 as a Front Office Administrator.
Leah serves as the first point of contact for callers and visitors, ensuring a positive client experience while supporting staff with scheduling and organisation needs. She assists the Front Office Manager in maintaining smooth operations by coordinating calls, travel and mail; managing orders, shipments, queries, and requests; and ensuring staff have the tools needed to deliver efficient service. Leah serves as a bridge between internal and external functions.
Education
Leah has acquired a broad range of professional and academic training across psychology, compliance and business. She holds fully accredited qualifications in Forensic Psychology and Advanced Psychology, as well as a NASBA-certified course in The Science of Leadership. Her additional training includes emotional intelligence, PTSD, communication, GDPR, journalism, and basic business analysis, among others.
Experience
Leah began her career in a licensed multinational fintech company and payment service provider, working as an Office Assistant. Then, she progressed to Office Coordinator and subsequently transitioned into a Finance Officer role before concluding her tenure with the organisation. Through these roles, she further strengthened her organisational, strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
