CSB Group has opened the month of February with its highly anticipated Annual Company Updates, an event dedicated to celebrating the Group’s achievements in 2025 and sharing ambitious plans for 2026 across its key business areas, including Corporate &
Trust,
Accounting,
Tax,
Regulated Financial Services,
Fintech,
iGaming,
Investment Migration,
Relocation, and
Yachting.
The Group’s associated brands, including Malta Sotheby’s International Realty, Regus Malta, and UNICO Yachting were also highlighted throughout the event.
The day commenced with a solemn mass, providing a moment of reflection and gratitude, followed by a welcome coffee, where team members gathered over pastries and refreshments, setting a warm and engaging tone for the day.
Simon L. Barberi, Director - Strategy and Execution at EY Malta kicked off the formal sessions with an insightful presentation on “How is Malta viewed by industry leaders?”, followed by a Q&A session that set the stage for strategic discussions.
Group CEO,
Michael J. Zammit, then addressed the team, recognising the dedication of all CSB Group employees and celebrating the Group’s growth and achievements in 2025, while laying the foundation for the Group’s vision and strategic direction in 2026.
Finance and Operations Director,
Jean-Claude Cardona,
presented the Financial Results & Operations Overview, highlighting strong financial performance, key milestones, and strategies for long-term growth and operational efficiency.
Director, Roger A. Strickland Jr., followed with a session on nurturing client relationships, reinforced with interviews he conducted with three long-term clients of CSB Group: Interwetten, Synot, and SmartSoft, illustrating the Group’s commitment to building lasting partnerships.
Group Senior Manager – Marketing, Sharon Grima, presented the Marketing Performance Review & Initiatives for 2025/2026, highlighting the Group’s key marketing successes, from brand positioning to digital engagement, and outlining initiatives to strengthen visibility and presence across core markets.

concluded the presentations with a Human Resources Overview, highlighting CSB Group’s commitment to a dynamic and supportive workplace. She shared updates on professional development programs and introduced new employee benefits designed to enhance wellbeing, growth, and engagement across the Group.
The formal program paused for lunch, after which a roundtable discussion titled “Raising the Bar” took place. Each table worked on a set of questions related to company initiatives, strategy, and the future of CSB Group, generating rich insights and collaborative ideas.
This was followed by an interactive discussion with live questions displayed on screen, where all employees contributed their perspectives, uncovering valuable input on initiatives and future company efforts.
