About Maria

Maria Fedorova joined CSB Group as a Corporate Services Executive in August 2020. This role, Maria focuses on managing portfolio of corporate clients, keeping and maintaining relationship with them and liaising with lawyers, accountants, auditors and other service providers on behalf of the corporate clients on a daily basis. Part of the job is also communicating and liaising with the Authorities and banks.

Education

Maria has accomplished her Master law degree from the University of P. J. Safarika, Slovakia in 2010 and Certificate in Offshore Finance and Administration in 2014.

Experience

Maria started her practice in offshore finance in 2013 as a company administrator when assisting with the daily work related to corporate structuring and company and trust administration while also gaining further education and made a career move to become a company manager of her own portfolio of corporate clients. She further enhanced her experience by working for a private bank and deal with corporate banking and due diligence.
