About Michela

Michela joined CSB Group as an Investment Migration Support Officer in July 2022 and since then, has been promoted to Investment Migration Executive. In January 2026, she was appointed to Senior Investment Migration Executive.

Michela oversees admin operations, advisory client support and supports the Senior Manager in the day-to-day running of the team. She manages Citizenship and Residency applications, ensuring a smooth client journey and full regulatory compliance. She also handles legal processing, client records, and third-party coordination, while contributing to business development, onboarding, and team growth.

Education

Michela holds a Bachelor’s Degree in European Studies (Hons.) with Communications, complemented by a Diploma in Law obtained in December 2024.

Experience

Prior to joining CSB, Michela has worked in various sectors, including customer service, social policy, and financial services.
