Nigel joined CSB Group in October 2024 as a Payroll Executive within the Client Accounting Department.

As a Payroll Executive, Nigel manages multiple clients with a dedicated commitment to delivering accurate and timely payroll services tailored to each client's specific needs. His responsibilities include calculating wages, handling deductions, and ensuring full compliance with tax regulations. Nigel maintains detailed payroll records, generates comprehensive reports, and promptly addresses employee inquiries and concerns. With a strong focus on precision and efficiency, he works closely with clients to streamline payroll operations, ensuring seamless compliance and timely employee payments.

Experience

Nigel has accumulated nearly seven years of payroll experience. He started his career as an HR Administrator for an international financial consulting firm and later progressed to a gaming company as an HR & Payroll Executive. His following move was when he joined a large group of companies in Malta as a Payroll Executive, where he was overseeing payroll for businesses in the construction and catering sectors.
