About Sharon

Sharon joined CSB Group in July 2025 as a Corporate Services Officer.

In her role at CSB Group, Sharon manages a portfolio of international corporate clients, serving as their main liaison and coordinating efforts with legal advisors, accountants, auditors, and other service providers. Her duties include the formation of companies, assisting with bank account setup, and managing routine corporate governance tasks to support clients’ ongoing operational requirements.

Education

Sharon completed her studies in the UK and earned her high school diploma in Ontario, Canada.

Experience

Earlier in her career, Sharon worked as a Corporate Administrator & Compliance Assistant at a firm in Malta including duties of onboarding new costumers, managing companies, assisting existing clients and customer due diligence.
