By entering into an accountancy agreement with ourselves, we will ensure your company is always up to date with its book-keeping on a monthly, quarterly, annual basis according to your preference.

We cater for different scenarios; maintaining the entire book-keeping ourselves or offering a cloud based solution to issue the management accounts for your review ensuring these are in line with the Maltese Companies Act and the General Accounting Standards applicable.

Once management accounts are issued and approved, we can also take care of the Audit coordination and preparation of the Statutory Financial statements in accordance with GAPSME or IFRSs. We make sure all statutory deadlines are adhered to and assist in all submissions including the submission of the income tax return.

During the book-keeping stage, we perform all reconciliations and also assist in the VAT Return workings and submissions. We assist in all VAT Related matters including VAT Registrations, submissions of the VAT Recapitulative Statements, MOSS Returns (where applicable), VAT Opinions, VAT Grouping Registrations, assistance with VAT Refunds, amongst others.
