Jordan joined CSB Group as an Investment Migration Support Officer in August 2024. In January 2026, Jordan was promoted to the position of Investment Migration Officer.
Jordan is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of compliance files for client onboarding, as well as assisting the team throughout the process of clients' residence and citizenship applications, providing support at every stage. Additionally, he completes annual compliance procedures and stays informed about legislative updates and all relevant Maltese Investment Migration and Ordinary Residence regulations. Since 1st January 2026, Jordan Ellul Dowling has been serving as Investment Migration Officer.
