Lynn Grech joined CSB Group in November 2025 as a Senior Marketing Executive.
In her role, Lynn manages social media campaigns, develops engaging content, and oversees the Group’s digital presence. She collaborates with internal teams on marketing initiatives, maintains website and email campaigns, monitors trends, and provides insights to optimize performance. Lynn also supports events and promotional activities, liaises with media and PR contacts, and helps drive strategic marketing initiatives across CSB Group.
Education
Lynn holds a Degree in Management and Marketing.
Experience
Before joining CSB Group, Lynn gained extensive marketing experience with a strong focus on the events industry, including social media management, content creation, brand development, and event promotion.
