About Mariella

Dr Mariella Scerri joined CSB Group in July 2023 as a Corporate Services Executive.

She is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and handling client requests in relation to their companies, such as setting up of new companies, statutory filings and bank account openings. Her role also includes liaising with banks, lawyers, accountants, auditors, and other service providers on behalf of corporate clients as well as authorities such as the Malta Business Registry.

Education

Mariella read for a law degree at the University of Malta and achieved a Bachelor of Laws in 2010, a Diploma of Notary Public in 2011 and a Doctor of Laws in 2013. In October 2018, she obtained the Foundation Certificate in Trusts Law and Management as awarded by the IFSP. 

Experience

Prior to joining CSB Group, Mariella worked for a company in Malta whereby she acquired experience in corporate, shipping and immigration matters.
