About Caroline

Moanna joined CSB Group in July 2025 as an Office Administration Manager.

She forms part of our Administration department and reports to Operations & Finance Director, Jean Claude Cardona.

Her primary role involves overseeing all aspects of office operations to guarantee seamless functionality and optimal efficiency. Additionally, she provides guidance to junior team members at the reception area, ensuring a consistently smooth and professional operation on a daily basis.

Experience

Moanna has served as an Administrative Officer in the security sector for the past year, where she has played a key role in supporting operational efficiency, managing administrative functions, and ensuring the smooth running of daily office operations. Prior to this, Moanna spent over two and a half years in the BPO industry, where she developed a solid foundation in customer service and learning & development.

She began her career as a Contact Centre Agent and quickly progressed to the role of Junior Trainer, eventually advancing to Senior Trainer. Moanna brings to her role a passion for organisational excellence, and her hands-on experience in training, administration, and client-facing roles makes her an asset in any professional environment.

Education

She holds an Undergraduate Diploma in Business Management, a Diploma in Office Administration and Reception, a Diploma in Admin, Secretarial & PA Work, and another Diploma but in Make-up.
