Paulina joined CSB Group in December 2019. Following her role as a Client Accounting and Liquidations Team Leader, she was promoted to Assistant Manager - Client Accounting in January 2025.
Paulina serves as Assistant Manager in the Client Accounting Team, where she coordinates team workflows, oversees the delivery of accurate financial reporting, and ensures compliance with accounting standards. She provides hands-on training, daily support, and performance guidance to her team, driving operational efficiency and fostering a high-performing environment focused on client success.
Education
Paulina holds a Master’s Degree in Finance and Accounting of University of Gdansk and completed her ACCA in 2023.
Experience
Before joining CSB, Paulina worked as an accounts executive with another Corporate Services Provider in Malta for a year and a half. In Poland she was an accountant for two non-profit organisations for 7 years while studying at University.
