About Malcolm

Malcolm Ferrante is CSB Group’s Senior Manager for Immigration and Relocation. 

Malcolm Ferrante joined CSB Group in September 2011 as an Accounts Assistant within CSB Group’s Accounting Services team and was then promoted to an Accounts Executive role. He was responsible for handling a large portfolio of international clients from different sectors and providing them with the monthly management accounts all the way to audited financial statements, VAT Return preparations and submissions and answering any accounting related queries. From October 2017, Malcolm has moved to our groups’ International Taxation Unit where he took on the role of tax advisor, with the main responsibilities being the preparation and submission of Company Tax Returns and Tax refund forms along with any tax advisory work as may be deemed necessary. In January 2018, Malcolm become the Senior Manager for business development, assisting clients in setting up their companies in Malta and maintaining the ongoing relationships with our existing client portfolio and potential clients. Malcolm also formed part of CSB Group’s Gaming sector. Malcolm is in charge of Immigration and Relocation and the Investment Migration Unit. Malcolm consults clients who seek alternative citizenship or residence and also provides personal and corporate tax advice to those interested in setting up or relocating their company to Malta.

Education

Malcolm obtained his ACCA qualification in January 2017. In 2018 he completed his Diploma/Professional Award in Taxation which he undertook with the Malta Institute of Taxation (MIT). 

Experience

Malcolm has been part of CSB Group since 2011. He has a good understanding of our group services and how they should be offered and implemented. Prior to joining CSB, Malcolm was a full-time student/worker with PwC.
