CSB Group team members win Mondaq’s Autumn ’23 Awards

CSB Group is thrilled to share the news that its team members have once more received recognition as Mondaq Thought Leaders in the Autumn 2023 Awards.

These semi-annual awards showcase Mondaq's top authors by assessing their readership statistics from the preceding six months. The victorious authors are subsequently categorised according to their country and the industry they specialise in.

In the Autumn 2023 edition, four members of CSB Group's team have received a Thought Leadership Award for their consistent contributions to the Mondaq platform.

Malcolm Ferrante, Senior Manager – Immigration & Relocation was honoured with two awards; securing 1^st position in Malta for the ‘Employment & HR’ category as well as the ‘Immigration’ category for his article on “How To Get Residency In Malta – 8 Ways To Acquire A Malta Residence Permit”.

Dr Simon Mangion, Regulatory & Business Advisor received a 2^nd place award for his contribution to the ‘Intellectual Property’ category in Malta with his article entitled “EUIPO Case Law: Trademark Protection For "Metaverse”.

Dr Bjorn Camilleri, Regulatory & Business Advisor, also achieved a 2^nd place award for his article “New Legal Notice aims to increase the Transparency and Predictability of Working Conditions” co-authored by Dr Francesca Anastasi, Legal, Risk & Compliance Advisor and Dr Luana Agius, Junior Regulated Industries Advisor, which contributed to the ‘Arbitration & Dispute Resolution’ category in Malta.

Jean-Claude Cardona, CSB Group Operations & Finance Director received a 3^rd place award for his contribution to the ‘Compliance’ category, with his article that was part of a series of 5 articles about “Business Decisions That Undermine The Compliance Culture – Part 3”.
