Dr Simon Mangion joined CSB in 2021 and primarily focuses on matters relating to intellectual property law.
He regularly advises and represents domestic and international companies operating in diverse sectors on a variety of matters including brand protection, management of trademark portfolios, trademark searches, trademark clearance and investigation. Simon also regularly assists and advises clients with company law related matters.
Education
Simon graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) in 2018 after submitting his dissertation entitled: The Corporate Criminal: An evaluation of the concept of Corporate Criminal Liability in light of recent jurisprudence. He then went to graduate with a Masters of Advocacy at the same university the following year and was subsequently called to the Bar. Simon is currently reading for a Masters in Intellectual Property Law with the University of London.
Experience
Simon gained experience at one of Malta’s top-tier law firms where he assisted local and international clients on matters relating to yachting, aviation and corporate law.
