About Francesca

Francesca Anastasi is a lawyer by profession and joined CSB Group in November 2021 as a Legal Advisor. In January 2025, she was promoted to Senior Advisor - Legal.

Education

Having read her Law degree at the University of Malta, she was conferred a Bachelor of Laws degree in 2016 and a Master of Advocacy degree in 2017. During the Bachelor course, Francesca furthered her studies in Florence, as part of the Erasmus Exchange Programme, where she read Comparative Law, EU Law and International Human Rights at Universita Degli Studi di Firenze for a period of 6 months. In July 2019, Francesca obtained the Foundation Certificate in Trusts Law and Management, awarded by the IFSP. 

Experience

Prior to joining CSB Group, Francesca worked at a locally based law firm wherein she primarily specialised in Immigration Law and also formed part of the employment and regulatory team.

Memberships & Affiliations

She is a member of the Chamber of Advocates and was admitted to the bar in July 2018.
