CSB Group team members win Mondaq’s Spring ’22 Awards

CSB Group is proud to share that its team members have been recognised as Mondaq Thought Leaders in the Spring 2022 Awards. Through these biannual awards, Mondaq showcases its top authors based on the total readership for the previous 6 months. The winning authors are categorised according to their industry area and country.

Dr Franklin Cachia was recognised under the Malta Compliance category with his top-read article about the implementation of an effective AML/CFT Compliance Programme. Another article that he authored, which provided a detailed overview on Malta’s 2022 Budget Measures, was among the top three read article in the Employment and HR category.

Roger A. Strickland Jr.’s contribution that covered the Malta Gaming Authority’s updates about the Gaming Authorisations and Compliance Directive and Key Function Eligibility Criteria Policy, was one of the top three most read articles in the Malta Compliance category.

The top three awards for the Malta Immigration category were all awarded to CSB Group team members. Malcolm Ferrante and Vanda Marlok were jointly recognised for an article about Relocation. Sacha J. Farrugia placed amongst the awardees with an article about investing in Malta. Another article authored by Vanda about Retiring to Malta was also among the top 3 most read articles in the Malta Immigration class. The two Immigration articles authored by Malcolm and Vanda were also placed among the most read articles in the Malta Employment and HR category.

Dr Rachel Genovese was recognised as a top author under the Malta Intellectual Property category with an article about Malta’s new trademark rules introduced in 2021.
