Future of Superyachts Conference 2012

CSB Group and Zammit & Associates Advocates shall once again be attending the conference, now the 7th of its kind, following the successful 6th conference in Palma de Mallorca in 2011.

This year’s Future of Superyachts 7th Annual Conference is set to attract an elite audience of superyacht builders, designers, managers, brokers, financiers, owners` representatives, flag states, corporate service providers, lawyers, and other senior industry figures, for two days of networking and debate.

CSB Group and its legal counterpart Zammit & Associates Advocates will be attending for two days of networking and debate about the need for harmonisation of yacht regulatory, legal and fiscal regimes across Europe.

The conference is now a firmly established must attend event on superyacht calendar. What else is one to expect at this event, however?

The Future of Superyachts focuses on legal, financial, tax, crewing, registration, build and design issues, and regularly attracts an international audience of senior yacht executives – therefore an excellent networking opportunity.

In addition, a 2 day conference of plenary and debates is planned where there will also be breakout roundtable sessions and a conference cocktail party at the end of day one to allow the networking to continue in a more informal manner.

The yachting industry in Malta continues to grow due to the legal, commercial, financial and technical benefits of registering yachts under the Malta flag. Owners are encouraged to base themselves in Malta by the efficient administrative procedures, convenient location, good climate and berthing facilities.
