About Gabriele

Gabriele joined CSB Group in 2025 as a Senior Tax Advisor.

In his role, he advises both local and international clients on a wide range of tax matters, with experience across the gaming, financial services, and corporate sectors. His work covers advisory and compliance, ensuring clients remain aligned with both Maltese and international tax requirements.

Education

He holds a combined Bachelor and Master’s degree in Law with a major in Tax Law from LIUC - Carlo Cattaneo University in Milan, where he specialised in the OECD Pillar 2 framework. As part of his studies, he also completed an Erasmus programme in Warsaw, focusing on International Tax and Company Law, and later obtained a Master’s in Management from Vlerick Business School in Belgium. Gabriele has also undertaken specialised training, including an MIT course on Taxation, and is currently pursuing the ADIT qualification.

Experience

Before joining CSB Group, Gabriele gained experience in Luxembourg with the Tax and Regulatory Department of a corporate services provider, and later at a Big 4 firm in Malta, where he specialised in both International and Maltese Tax Law. This background has equipped him with a strong technical base in cross-border structuring, complex compliance frameworks, and tax efficiency strategies.
