About Luana

Luana joined CSB Group in July 2022 as a Corporate Services Officer. In January 2025, she was promoted to Corporate Services Executive. 

Her main responsibilities include the management of a portfolio of clients and handling client requests in relation to their companies, the setting up of new companies, the preparation and submission of statutory filings and the maintenance of company registers.

Education

Luana has graduated with a Diploma in Banking and Financial Services through MCAST.

Experience

She has previously worked for three and a half years at a local bank as an Executive in the International Banking Unit. Her main responsibilities were customer due diligence, on-boarding new customers and reviewing existing accounts. Luana has also worked as a back office and settlements officer and as a corporate actions officer.
