About Sarah

Sarah joined CSB Group’s Corporate Services team in September 2017 offering support to a portfolio of international clients who are provided with a wide range of services related to their Corporate Governance requirements including company incorporations in Malta and overseas jurisdictions, general company administration, compliance and due diligence requirements, and liaising with financial institutions for the setting up of bank accounts in line with regulatory authorities including the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA). Sarah’s main involvement is in the online gambling industry whereby she assists her clients in obtaining the necessary licenses issued by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) and other licensing bodies. 

Education

Sarah read for her Creative Computing degree from Goldsmiths College, University of London in 2011.

Experience

Prior to joining CSB, Sarah has worked with some of Malta’s leading financial services providers, where she gained experience in the fields of licensing, banking, trust, and corporate administration.
